BBC News – Your pictures. Theme – Winter.
We entered this competition on the 18th January 2016, with this one image for the winter theme. Our take is that this is a modern side effect of the clash between cold and hot. Between cold windows and cold weather, against the need for insulation, keeping windows closed and central heating.
